The Barn at Cedar Meadows is at 1419 West 3000 North in Cedar City, Utah, on farmland at the north end of town.

The Barn at Cedar Meadows can accommodate up to 300 guests indoors. Chairs for 230 people are included in the rental.

We would love for you to see everything The Barn has to offer. Tours can be scheduled in advance on our website, or call us at (435) 531-8319. If you can't find an appointment time that works, call and we'll work to schedule a time with you.

Yes. The Barn has a large on-site parking lot with room for up to 100 vehicles, plus handicap parking.

Yes. The Barn includes a large prep kitchen with two full-size refrigerator/freezers, an oven and a microwave, plus a prep room. It is a prep kitchen only: food can be prepped and warmed there, and no raw meat can be cooked.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decor. All decorations need to be set up and removed during your rental period.

Yes. Our farmland offers multiple outdoor ceremony locations, and the grand hall serves as an indoor ceremony location as well.

Access to the venue depends on the package booked. Typically, events arrive between 9am and 11am, and your reception and ceremony floorplan will be set up before you arrive.

Your rental is 12 hours. The event needs to end one hour before the rental time ends, and that last hour is used for clean-up.

Yes. We have private spaces for the bride and her bridal party and for the groom and his groomsmen. Each suite has furniture and its own restroom, and both are on the second story, up the stairs in the grand hall.

The Barn provides Venue Coordinators to work your event and help with any venue-related concerns on the day. You can add an in-house Day-of Coordinator for an additional fee; they help with vendor arrivals, the bridal party timeline, the ceremony, the reception timeline and any last-minute emergencies.

Every rental includes tables (round and/or banquet), chairs, and items from our decor closet. We have 4 cocktail pub tables for your wedding cake, sign-in book or any other part of your day. Tablecloths are not included but can be added on; if added, they are put on the tables before you arrive and our staff takes care of them at the end of the night.

A signed rental agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit secure your date. We can talk through payment plans and options during a tour.

The only vendor we require is our exclusive bartender. For everything else we have an open vendor policy. We also keep a carefully chosen list of preferred vendors we love working with, which we email to you after booking.

Yes, we are pet friendly. We ask that pets are cleaned up after and, if indoors, stay on a leash.

Yes, we require a card authorization form for up to $500. It is not charged unless damages occur during your event.

Yes. The Barn is fully climate controlled, with heat and air.

Every booking includes a 60-minute onsite ceremony rehearsal. Saturday couples get first priority in scheduling. Depending on the time of year, rehearsals are sometimes the day before the wedding, and sometimes need to be the morning of or two days before. We will do our best to accommodate you.

All alcohol must be served through our exclusive bartender. You provide the alcohol, and we follow Utah law for every event that serves alcohol.

Peak season prices start at $5,500 and off-season prices start at $5,000. Pricing varies by season and day of the week; contact us for our full pricing guide.
